How does the Sale of the Week work?
The regular everyday prices are shown in the product category. When you check out, you will see a one line discount for the sale percentage. Example: If Making Memories is 25% off, add 3 making memories products to cart with total regular price of $4.50. When you checkout, you will see a sale discount of -$1.13 representing 25% of $4.50


How do I pay for my order with paypal?
Please select PAYPAL as your payment method. We will send you a paypal request for the shipping charges. When we receive the paypal notification, we will finalize and ship your order. IMPORTANT: If you use a different email account for paypal, don't forget to enter which account to send the paypal request to.


Can I order products and have it sent as a gift?
Yes, we are happy to provide this service. Please indicate in the special instructions section to whom this order is to be sent. We will not include an invoice with the order and will sign a card according to your specifications.



Can I add items to my shopping cart, save it and come back later?
Yes, when you view your cart, you have the option of saving it.


What size are the papers?
In general all papers sold on PaperAddict are 12x12. When papers are 8.5x11, We've tried to include that information as part of the name.
Note: 12x12 papers are sometimes manufacturered as 11 3/4 x 11 3/4 or sometimes 11 7/8 x 11 7/8 or even 11 3/4 x 12!


How do I purchase a gift certificate?
Please select from a predefined value or enter a whole dollar amount in the field provided. You cannot use a discount when purchasing a gift certificate. There are no shipping charges when gift certificates are purchased separately. Gift certificates are in the form of a coupon code emailed to the recipient. If you would like a printed gift certificate to be mailed, please indicate so in the comments section of the checkout form.


Do you sell wholesale or have a catalog?
PaperAddict is strictly retail and only sells on the internet. There is no printed catalog available.


What happens if something I order is out of stock?
We do not backorder items. Generally, we will remove the items from your order and ship. If you are ordering a large quantity of a certain paper and we cannot fill the order, we will contact you.
