If you pay via credit card, your credit card is not charged until your order is ready to ship. If using paypal, a paypal request will be sent as soon as your order is processed and ready for shipping. Please pay promptly. Residents of New York State must pay state and their local sales tax. We reserve the right to adjust prices at anytime. Prices in effect at the time of purchase are final. No credits or adjustments will be issued for price changes. ORDERING POLICY PaperAddict is an Internet Online Retail Store ONLY. There is no printed catalog or storefront to visit. We do not sell wholesale. We only accept orders placed through the website. Email confirmations of orders placed through the shopping cart are generated automatically. If you place an order and do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us so we may investigate. We do our best to ensure that the products shown for ordering on this site are available for shipping. However, out of stock conditions do exist occasionally. If an item is out of stock, it will be removed from your order and the order shipped. We do not backorder. If you want to notified if a product is out of stock, please let us know in the comments section of your order. SHIPPING POLICY Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of ordering. If there is a significant ordering delay, you will be contacted via email. Orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not ship until Monday or Tuesday. Using paypal can delay your order due to the lapsed time between the paypal request and paypal payment. We will ship almost anywhere in the world. Please contact us via email for questions regarding international shipping costs. We will be happy to estimate costs for you. All foreign orders will be charged actual shipping costs. Foreign customers are responsible for paying any and all duty, taxes, or customs fees on orders shipped out of the United States. All foreign orders are required by law to have a complete customs form attached to the shipping package declaring the full value of the merchandise contents. A invoice will be included inside the order. NO exceptions. Thank you for your understanding. Here at PaperAddict, we do our best to keep your shipping costs as low as possible. Orders are evaluated after being packed for the most economical method. Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail within the US. Heavy boxes may be shipped via UPS ground service if the shipping cost savings over USPS is significant. If you have a shipping preference, please let us know. Please note: All 12x12 paper WILL be sent via Priority Mail. It is the only way to ensure that paper reaches you uncrumpled. USPS Priority mail rates are now zoned as follows: under 1 pounds: $4.05 under 2 pounds: no more than $6.05 over 3 pounds: no more than $8.10 The majority of packages weigh under 2 pounds.   RETURN POLICY There are no returns unless you have received a damaged product.
